Avocado Toast Supreme

A simple, satisfying breakfast made better with the right tools.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of whole-grain or sourdough bread, toasted

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled

  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely sliced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prep the avocado with the Spatula Spreader:
Using the Cutco Spatula Spreader, slice the avocado in half around the pit. Remove the pit, then use the flat edge to scoop and spread the avocado directly onto each slice of toast. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Slice the egg:
Use the Spatula Spreader or your Santoku knife to cut the hard-boiled egg in half lengthwise. Place one half on each slice of avocado toast.

3. Add toppings:
Sprinkle each toast with finely sliced red onions and chopped parsley.
Optional: Drizzle lightly with olive oil and add a pinch of red pepper flakes for extra flavor.

4. Serve and enjoy:
The creamy avocado, savory egg, and fresh toppings make this a go-to breakfast or midday snack.
